Murad Acne Treatment Concealer

When the ladies of Peace, Love, and Lipstick heard that our beloved Galactic Shield! Concealer was being discontinued by Benefit, we stressed (which of course lead to a bevy of breakouts!).

Thankfully, we soon discovered Murad’s Acne Treatment Concealer. This 2-in-1 treatment comes in three shades and provides long-lasting coverage while fighting acne with 2% salicylic acid.

Urban Decay Primer Potion

There’s nothing worse that creating the perfectly sultry smoky eye for a long night on the town only to find that halfway through your evening your shadow that was once daring and dramatic, has since disappeared.

Rock and Republic Extremist Mascara

Nars Lip Gloss

The ladies at Peace, Love, and Lipstick can’t seem to get enough of the sexy, smoky eye that has been popping up at many a holiday party this season. To offset such dark, dramatic eye makeup, we sought a lip gloss that would look naturally nude without washing us out.

While many other light-colored lip glosses left us looking pasty rather than pretty, we found that Nars Lip Gloss in Turkish Delight gave us the perfect pale pout. We were curious to try an eyeliner that describes itself as “fun!”as most of our past pencil experiences have been anything but. Here at Peace, Love, and Lipstick we can recall many a liner that has pulled, ran, smeared, or tugged our eyes to tears. But the silky smooth texture of this little pencil quickly made us forget the lame liners of our past.
